Exam painting for my Figure unit, I'm ridiculously in awe of the work of Ignacio Trelis and I took quite a lot of inspiration from his pieces to do this painting.
I like this a lot. It's expressive but you added a lot of realism, it looks like she has blood under her blue skin. The shine helps it work too. I didn't know the painter you mention, well worth taking a look at from first glance.
The facial proportions seem off, though the rendering is well executed. However, I do not know if you intended if this was intentional as I do not know of the style or works of Ignacio Trelis. I do think it is an enjoyable work however.

I absolutely ADORE this. Do you mind if I give this work a little shout-out in my journal?

Great texture on the figure's upper body, and I really enjoy the colors.
